Well, I didn't think it was possible... but I think it is.. YES, I finally found a Coiled Rose crochet pattern diagram that is "PERFECT!" I just LOVE it to pieces!!! Of course, yall know what I love most about it... it's super easy and only 2 Rows for the rose!!!
Here's the crochet pattern diagram I found on Pinterest.
I used the finer threads and a 1.75mm hook.
If you come across any trouble understanding my instructions, refer back to the graph. But here's how I understand it all:
The Rose Diagram:
Row 1: Ch 18, dc in 4th from hook, 2dc in same stitch, ch 1, skip 2. *3 dc in the next stitch, ch 1, skip 2. The diagram shows skipping 1, I skipped 2. *Repeat. Ch 2, turn.
Row 2: *1 dc in the first stitch, 2 dc in the next stitch, 1 dc in next, ch 2, sc in the ch 1 space. *Repeat. Fasten off. Coil up to whip stitch close and shape by pressing down the petals. Now onto the three leaves diagram-working in the round.
The Triple Leaf:
Row 1: Ch 9, single crochet 2nd from hook, sc in the next 6 stitches-this is the first base of the first leaf; *ch 8, single crochet 2nd from hook, sc in the next 6 stitches-this is the base of the 2nd leaf. *Repeat for the base of the 3rd leaf. You will end at the row at the top of the 3rd leaf.
Row 2: *sc in the first stitch, hdc in the next stitch, dc in the next 3 stitches, hdc in the next stitch and sc in the last stitch. *Repeat this step all around on each side of the leaves.
Row 3: *ch 1, sc in the first stitch, ch 2, sc in the next stitch to the end of, ch 2, sl stitch to finish tip of leaf. *Repeat this step till all leaves are complete. Again, you will end by chaining 2 at the end of each leaf, sl st to begin on each side of the leaf.
Please remember, I am just reading this diagram to best of my crochet abilities that I believe to be right, so if you have question regarding my instructions, please feel free to contact me. I do hope this helps and inspires you to make a rose-which is something that I love to do! :)
Until next time, Rose
